◇ A quote-flow product · for Toronto tour desks

A quote,
in three taps.

Concierge replaces the 38-field enquiry form most Toronto travel agencies still use. A traveller gets to the bottom on a streetcar; the tour desk gets a complete, sortable lead — by morning.

◇ Step 1 of 3 · the when

When are you thinking?

Pick a season — we'll suggest dates after.

01.

Three taps, no account

We never ask for a password. Three answers in, the form is sent — same email, no welcome ladder, no follow-up funnel.

02.

Hand-written, by morning

Mei reads each request from the Toronto desk and replies herself, in plain English, before nine the next working day.

03.

Built thumb-first

Designed for the TTC commute. Big tap targets, photo-led choice cards, no scrolling required for any single step.

◇ Step 02 — what people actually pick

Six interests, pick three.

The most chosen combination, last quarter: heritage + cuisine + rivers. The least: cities only — eight people, all from Vancouver.

◇ Said about it

Filled it in on the streetcar. Had the first quote by the next morning, the booking by Friday.

— Priya, Roncesvalles

I've used the booking forms of all four big Toronto operators. This is the only one that didn't put me to sleep.

— James, Cabbagetown

Replaced our 38-field enquiry form with this. Conversions tripled in eleven weeks.

§ The brief

Designed thumb-first for Toronto commuters drafting trips on the TTC. Three taps to a callable lead — and a measurable lift on the operator's most expensive funnel.

01

Three steps, never four

Most travel-quote forms ask 22 fields the first time. We compressed it to three: when, what, who. Anything else can wait for the email Mei sends back.

02

Photo-led choice cards, not text inputs

Step two is six landmark photos, not a multi-select dropdown. Tap targets are 50% of the screen each — built for thumbs, on a TTC train, in winter mittens.

03

Auto-cycling demo on the marketing page

The hero on the marketing site is the live wizard, auto-advancing every 4.5 seconds with demo selections. Operators see exactly what their travellers will see, no video, no clicks.

04

Embedded, not redirected

The wizard ships as a single iframe-or-script tag. Operators drop it into their own marketing site without a CMS migration. Three of the four Toronto operators we've spoken to had it live within a week.
