Vol. III — Notes on slowness
Meridian was founded in Toronto in 1998 by a former cultural editor and a second-generation tour leader who had grown weary of forty-seater coaches and buffet itineraries. Twenty-eight years later we run six journeys a season — no more — each accompanied by a host who has lived where you are travelling. A Meridian trip is closer to a long, slow magazine feature than a holiday.
